Ark gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for tickets, concessions, Ark merchandise or memberships. Gift cards are valid for tickets to Ark produced shows that take place at The Ark only (occasionally a show is presented by an outside producer or at a venue other than The Ark). Cards can be redeemed for tickets at The Ark box office between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. (7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Sundays) on nights when The Ark is open. Cards can be used toward concessions, memberships, or Ark merchandise purchases whenever we are open for a show.

Gift cards can be purchased through the Ark office during business hours. Call (734) 761-1800. We will mail the card directly to you or to the recipient. Gift cards can be purchased in person at The Ark's box office on evenings that we are open for a show. You can also pick up gift cards at our office during business hours. The office is located at 1955 Pauline, Suite 200, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

The Ark no longer sells paper gift certificates. If you have a paper gift certificate, it is still valid and can be redeemed for tickets only. Gift certificates can be redeemed at The Ark's box office or by phone during business hours at (734) 761-1800, ext. 25.
